Solved the Time Dimension

 When the Hubble Telescope zooms out it spreads the light out infront of it down to smaller spectrums an it goes back in time, The Hubble Deep Field zoomed out as far as it could go an it spread the light down to it's smallest point the size of a X Ray an went back to when the Universe first started.

But when it did this it wasn't a still picture, they saw the beginning of the Universe as if it were in real time. So time is being stored into the wavelengths of light and that because it is the Vibration of Energies.
